They are having 7 different kinds of theme cafe.

5. Crayon Shin Chan Cafe
6. Pokemon- Pikachu Cafe
7. Maids and Butlers Cafe
Every Cafe will have a Set A with main dish and Set B desserts which cost $29.90 and a full-course meal which cost @$45.
When you purchase Set A or B entrance ticket to Toy Stage is not provided.
You have to purchase the ticket separately at $5 only if you you buy the Set A or B meal.
Not just that the $5 that you pay can be used to deduct $5 of the total amount item(s) you purchased at Toy Stage.
For the full-course meal you will have a Special Gift each different theme have different gift.
And it include a entrance ticket to Toy Stage.
If you guys only want to visit Toy Stage only, yes, you can.
Just purchase the entrance ticket @ $10 and you can enter Toy Stage.
